Ingredients

Market Salami Salad
  • 2 heads bok choy
  • 2 bell pepper
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1/2 c pecans plantation pecans
  • 2 heads broccoli
  • 2 heads romaine
  • 4 green onion tops
  • 3t garlic olive oil red stick spice co
  • 1/2 log salami
  • 2 t garlic Italian seasoning.
Dressing
  • Juice from 2 oranges
  • 2 t chef celestes honey mustard
  • 2 t militellos fig balsamic
  • 1 t chef celestes garlic Italian seasoning

Dice salami and bok choy.

Heat oil and sautée the two.

Dice all other ingredients except pecans and place into a serving bowl. Add pecans, bok choy, seasoning and salami. Top with dressing.
