Market Salami Salad
- 2 heads bok choy
- 2 bell pepper
- 3 tomatoes
- 1/2 c pecans plantation pecans
- 2 heads broccoli
- 2 heads romaine
- 4 green onion tops
- 3t garlic olive oil red stick spice co
- 1/2 log salami
- 2 t garlic Italian seasoning.
- Juice from 2 oranges
- 2 t chef celestes honey mustard
- 2 t militellos fig balsamic
- 1 t chef celestes garlic Italian seasoning
Dice salami and bok choy.
Heat oil and sautée the two.
Dice all other ingredients except pecans and place into a serving bowl. Add pecans, bok choy, seasoning and salami. Top with dressing.
