Brussels Sprouts with Sausage

  • 2 pints Brussels sprouts
  • 1.5 pounds smoked sausage
  • 1 cup pecans, toasted
  • White truffle olive oil
  • Caramelized onion flavored salt
  • Small bunch parsley, chopped


Slice Brussels sprouts in half.

Slice sausage thinly.Sautée Brussels sprouts until lightly browned and tender.

Sautée sausage.Combine sausage, Brussels sprouts, pecans and parsley in a bowl.

Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt. Serve warm or at room temperature.
