Arugula (the zip bags of arugula from Fullness Organic Farms have been washed and spun dry)
Olive oil (used the jalapeno olive oil from Red Stick Spice)
Vinegar (used the champagne pear vinegar from Red Stick Spice)
Sea salt
Microgreens (used the micro bouquet from Westdome Nursery)
Drizzle olive oil and vinegar over your arugula, right into the bag–if using the whole bag, about 4 tablespoons of oil and an overflowing tablespoon of vinegar makes for lightly coated greens. Sprinkle in about 1/4 teaspoon salt, zip the bag and shake gently to toss. Serve, topping each with colorful microgreens.
