Fish Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs cubed fish
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/4 cup green onion-tops
  • 1/2 cup carrots, small diced
  • 1/2 gal shrimp stock
  • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 T fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 T cracked black pepepr
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary

Add all ingredients except fish to the stock and simmer.

When the carrots are al dente, add fish and simmer until is poached-approximately 10 minutes.

Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve with hearty bread.
