Peach French Toast

French Toast
  • 1 loaf brioche bread, sliced
  • 5 large eggs
  • 8oz heavy cream
  • 4 oz cinnamon vanilla sugar from Red Stick Spice Co.
Peach Topping
  • 4 peaches, sliced
  • 4oz vanilla bean sugar from Red Stick Spice Co.
  • 4 Tbsp butter

Combine eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Dip bread in custard mix and put in a preheated med-high skillet and cook approximately 2 min per side, check for browning.

In a separate skillet, cook peaches, vanilla bean sugar, and butter until peaches are soft.
