  • 1 frozen banana (or your choice fruit)
  • ¼ cup frozen strawberries (or your choice fruit)
  • 1 cup of chopped spinach greens
  • ½ cup almond milk (or your liquid of choice)

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Serve in bowl, and top with blueberries, bananas, or your topping of choice.
