Strawberry Balsamic Seared Brussels Sprouts

  • 2 lbs brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp strawberry balsamic
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • salt and pepper to taste

1. Trim the ends of the brussels sprouts and cut in half lengthwise
2. Heat ghee in a cast iron skillet over high heat. When the skillet is just short of smoking (the ghee will begin to bubble),
turn the heat down to medium high and place the brussels cut side down in the oil. Sear until nicely browned, about
