Zucchini Corn Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lg container bean sprouts
- 4 cobs of corn, kernels cut off
- 1 conatiner chanterelle mushrooms, chopped
- 2 T honey mustard
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 t fennel seeds
- 4 t minced garlic
- 2 cups zucchini, diced and sauteed in butter
- 1 pk Cutrer's ground Italian sausage, cooked
Combine all ingredients and enjoy.
