Ingredients
- 3 lbs cubed fish
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 cup kale
- 1/4 cup green onion-tops
- 1/2 cup carrots, small diced
- 1/2 gal shrimp stock
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 T fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 T cracked black pepepr
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
Directions
Add all ingredients except fish to the stock and simmer.
When the carrots are al dente, add fish and simmer until is poached-approximately 10 minutes.
Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve with hearty bread.
