Ingredients
- 1.5 c shaved Brussels sprouts
- 2 c arugula, rough chop
- 1/2 c strawberries, diced
- 1/4 c breakfast radishes, sliced or diced
- 1/4 c citrus juice, fresh-squeezed
- 2 T apple cider vinegar
- 1 T extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
Optional: Saute shrimp in oil and desired seasonings and add to salad.
