Ingredients
- 1 loaf brioche bread, sliced
- 5 large eggs
- 8oz heavy cream
- 4 oz cinnamon vanilla sugar from Red Stick Spice Co.
- – Peach Topping –
- 4 peaches, sliced
- 4oz vanilla bean sugar from Red Stick Spice Co.
- 4 Tbsp butter
Directions
Combine eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Dip bread in custard mix and put in a preheated med-high skillet and cook approximately 2 min per side, check for browning.
In a separate skillet, cook peaches, vanilla bean sugar, and butter until peaches are soft.
