- Smoked salmon
Directions
First, reduce balsamic vinaigrette for 3-5 minutes on the stove. Next, toast slices of baguette. Then, smear on a layer of goat cheese. Next, layer on smoked salmon and mixed greens. Top off crostini with balsamic vinaigrette reduction & goat cheese crumbles and enjoy!
