Upon signing and submitting this application, I hereby attest that I do so with the knowledge that the submission of this application does not guarantee my participation. I further understand that, upon approval of this application, I will abide by the general conduct of professional musicians/artists. I understand that if asked to leave for any reason, I will agree to do so immediately. I agree to check in with the Market Coordinator at each market to assign me my space before setting up to play. I take full responsibility for my equipment and ensure a safe walking route around the area surrounding my setup for market pedestrians. I FURTHER AGREE NOT to hold the Red Stick Farmers Market or its representatives and employees responsible for any damages arising out of the sales of my products or from my presence on the market site. Should anyone at the market’s behavior cause a threat to me or my equipment, I will let the market manager on-site know immediately.
