Brussels Sprouts Salad


  • 1.5 c shaved Brussels sprouts
  • 2 c arugula, rough chop
  • 1/2 c strawberries, diced
  • 1/4 c breakfast radishes, sliced or diced
  • 1/4 c citrus juice, fresh-squeezed
  • 2 T apple cider vinegar
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


Combine all ingredients together and mix well.

Optional: Saute shrimp in oil and desired seasonings and add to salad.
