- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- œ teaspoon cumin
- œ teaspoon chili powder
- 4 tablespoons Jalapeno relish (Woods Foods LLC)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- œ pint blueberries
- 5 peaches, peeled and quartered
- Garnish: Microgreens (Westdome Nursery)
- For the Blueberry Glaze:
- 1 cup Yellow Onion, Small Dice
- œ tablespoon Unsalted Butter
- Œ teaspoon Cumin
- Œ teaspoon Smoke Paprika
- Œ teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 tablespoon Cajun MaisPalm Seasoning
- œ cup Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- Œ cup Cane Vinegar
- œ pint blueberries
