Ingredients
- 2 lb tenderloin tails, sliced thin
- 1 c chopped sorrel
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1T lemon pepper (Senior seasoning)
- 1 T Italian seasoning
- salt to taste
- 1/4 t pepper
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 t lemon zest
- 1/4 c Worchestershire sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients and marinate at least 2 hours. Grill to medium rare or desired doneness. Bring marinade to a boil, reduce, and use as a dipping sauce.
