Ingredients
- 1/2 cup watermelon puree
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 T apple cider vinegar
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- – Salad –
- Fresh Corn, cut off cobb
- Mixed greens
- Watermelon, cubed
- Baby Tomatoes, sliced in half
- Green Onion or Red Onions, sliced
Directions
Combine salad ingredients over mixed greens.
Combine all dressing ingredients together and mix well. Serve over salad.
