Ingredients
- 1 small watermelon, peeled and diced
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 tsp chef Celeste’s Honey Mustard
- 3 leaves oregano, minced
- 1 log goat cheese
- 1 pt corn shoots ( micro greens)
Directions
1. Combine fruit into a large bowl
2. In a separate bowl, mix honey mustard, oregano and goat cheese
3. Add drops of goat cheese to fruit just before serving.
4. Top with chopped corn shoots.
