Zucchini Corn Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lg container bean sprouts
  • 4 cobs of corn, kernels cut off
  • 1 container chanterelle mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 T honey mustard
  • 1/4 c lemon juice
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 t fennel seeds
  • 4 t minced garlic
  • 2 cups zucchini, diced and sautéed in butter
  • 1 pk Cutrer’s ground Italian sausage, cooked

Directions

Combine all ingredients and enjoy.
