Ingredients
- 1/2 c salami, cubed
- 1/2 lb bacon, cubed
- 2 t jalapeno oil
- 1 cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 red cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 c green onion, chopped
- 2 t honey mustard
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 cup of orange wine
Directions
Dice bacon and render in pan over medium heat. Add salami and green onions to pan. Add honey mustard and oil. Add wine to deglaze pan and turn off heat. Pour all ingredients in pan over shredded cabbage. Add 1 cup chopped pecans over top of salad.
