Fall Market Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Asian pear
  • 1 peach
  • 1 cup purple okra
  • 1/2 cup tabouli
  • 1/4 cup green onion, top and bottom
  • 2 t Meyer lemon olive oil
  • 3 t chef Celeste’s honey mustard
  • 1 t chef Celeste’s garlic Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup radish bean sprouts

Directions

Small dice on all fruit. Thinly slice uncooked okra and green onion.

Combine all and chill. Serve and enjoy!
