Ingredients
- 1 Asian pear
- 1 peach
- 1 cup purple okra
- 1/2 cup tabouli
- 1/4 cup green onion, top and bottom
- 2 t Meyer lemon olive oil
- 3 t chef Celeste’s honey mustard
- 1 t chef Celeste’s garlic Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup radish bean sprouts
Directions
Small dice on all fruit. Thinly slice uncooked okra and green onion.
Combine all and chill. Serve and enjoy!
