Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie



  • 1 cup cooked beets
  • 1 large handful of spinach
  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 heaping teaspoons anti-inflammatory smoothie blend (Red Stick Spice)


Add enough ice and water to get things moving. Blitz in a blender. Serve.

Please note: You must cook the beets—raw beets will not work in a smoothie. You can boil or roast until tender when pierced with a fork.
