Summer culinary series

The Summer Culinary Series is a curation of elevated culinary experiences highlighting the freshest farmers market ingredients through chef-led classes, demonstrations, and tastings that connect guests directly with local food and farmers inside The Teaching Kitchen at Main Street Market.

The series is presented by the Big River Economic and Agricultural Development Alliance (BREADA), the non-profit that brings vibrant market experiences to you through Red Stick Farmers Market and Main Street Market.

Designed to deepen our neighbors' appreciation for seasonal Louisiana ingredients, the series showcases products from the Red Stick Farmers Market, a producer-only market where every item is sold by the farmers, fishers, and food artisans who grow, raise, catch, or create it. This ensures the freshest products while creating a direct connection to the people behind your food.
