BBQ Garlic Shrimp Butter


  • 2lb butter
  • 3oz minced garlic
  • 3 TBSP Thyme
  • 3 TBSP Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 TBSP Chipotle Seasoning
  • 1TBSP Shrimp Boil
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • One cup of blended rainbow peppers, chopped


Mix all dry seasonings together and set to side.

Set butter aside allow to soften.

In an mixing bowl whip butter for 2 min then add garlic and white wine.

Mix well for another 2-3 min, then add dry seasoning.

The butter can be refrigerated for days until ready to use.

When cooking your shrimp, use as little or as much depending on your taste when sauteing shrimp.
