- Arugula (the zip bags of arugula from Fullness Organic Farms have been washed and spun dry)
- Olive oil (used the jalapeno olive oil from Red Stick Spice)
- Vinegar (used the champagne pear vinegar from Red Stick Spice)
- Sea salt
- Microgreens (used the micro bouquet from Westdome Nursery)
Drizzle olive oil and vinegar over your arugula, right into the bag–if using the whole bag, about 4 tablespoons of oil and an overflowing tablespoon of vinegar makes for lightly coated greens. Sprinkle in about 1/4 teaspoon salt, zip the bag and shake gently to toss. Serve, topping each with colorful microgreens.
