Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Bonnecaze Farm’s crimped oatmeal
- 3/4 cup low-fat milk (Feliciana’s Best Creamery)
- 1/2 Tbsp local honey
- 1 cup fresh, in-season fruit, chopped
- small handful of pecans (optional)
Directions
- In a reusable container or jar, combine oats and milk.
- Stir in honey.
- Seal container and place in fridge overnight.
- When ready to eat, top with fresh fruit and nuts if desired.
